OUTSTANDING

From the minute we walked up to the center, we were greeted by smiling staff and directed to one of the many convenient entrances. Walking into the center, the process was smooth, easy, fast and friendly. No weird fumbling for how to scan a phone or how to move the line. (Very different from my local venue). The center itself was bright, organized and clean, with multitudes of beverage and snack stations set up to avoid ridiculously long lines. We were in the building with drinks and snacks in hand within 10 minutes of entering, allowing us time to walk about and see all the merchandise and artwork. The bathrooms were easy to find, brightly lit, clean and large. (again, very different from my local venues). Every single person on staff smiled, greeting us politely, and offered assistance if we needed it. We sat in the Orchestra section, to the back left. It was a wonderful view, although it was louder than expected due to speaker placement. The seats were roomy and comfortable. The drink holders were sturdy and perfectly sized. My partner and I have zero complaints and nothing but praise for this well-planned, well-run, focused location. Which leads me to.... BRIT FLOYD !!!!! There are not enough words for me to praise this amazing group of musicians. After being blocked by the pandemic from seeing them for over two years, it was such a thrill to be in the audience at last. These outstanding performers brought me to tears with their music delivery and eerily perfect vocals that mimicked the original band members. The set list was perfect, the light show was beautiful, the stage management a thrill to watch. The backup singers were singing angels. We are already looking to see when we can attend another show!! The encore performances contained the same level of energy as did the entire show and the after-show meet and greet for autographs and small chat was such a bonus for everyone who attended. If you were ever on the fence about this show, please do yourself a favor and GO TO THE SHOW!!!
